    Hi,

I am unable to edit some of the notifications in V2.

I’m stuck at the expiration emails. I was able to edit some of the listing success mails.

    Can you help?

    Thank you!!!

    Hi Kathy,

Thanks for your post. You should be able to locate the Email Settings in GD > Settings > Emails > User Email > Pre expiry reminders to user. Have you adjusted that?

Please share WP Admin and tell us which one(s) are causing problems and we will take a look.

    Thanks

Ah, now I see. The show advanced button does not work.
Those fields should all expand for you to edit them.
This is no doubt a conflict with another plugin.
Can you try to narrow it down and find the one that is causing it?

    Hi,

There is a confusion to you. The text displayed in the textarea which you are not able to edit is placeholder text which is just for your reference that what will be the default email body. If you want to change it then you need to add your own text in the text area and save it. You can use the tags displayed below the textarea which will output the tag values when email is sent to the user. So if you want to change the text then you just need to write your own email body in textarea using the tags displayed below.

Let me know if you have any queries.

    Regards,
    Patrik
