    I have listimia theme installed.
    I have also installed Elementor
Elementor works well, when I use an Elementor page template

However, I am attempting to customize the “Details page 2” template so as to have my own layout.
I have designed the page in Elementor and it looks perfectly fine in Elementor Live.

However, when I load the page in the browser, it doesn’t display well and on examining the code it strips my columns and all elementor codes.

I am trying to determine where my problem may lie at this time and any assistance will be grateful.

    Look at this URL
    https://www.trinigo.com/trinidad-tobago/shop/tunapuna-piarco/trinicity-area/opticians-glasses/vision-optical-trincity-mall/

You will see it doesn’t display anything like the image attached, which is from the Elementor editor

You will need Elementor Pro and the Theme Builder feature for the Details, Archive, and Archive search templates.

    Hi Alex

    Thanks for the quick response.
I installed Elementor Pro and setup the shortcodes.
    However my problem still persists.

Is as if the elementor code is being stripped. Really not sure what’s happening.
On a flip side, the GD pages I did with Fusion Builder/Avada worked well.

    Any assistance is appreciated.

    Thanks

I am unable to load the site, it says it closed the connection.

The way to setup the single is described here: https://docs.elementor.com/article/354-creating-a-single-post-template

Once you make the single, set the location condition to your CPT.

For the setting in GD for the GD Details you should leave the original GD shortcodes in place in a simple WP Page using the default template.
