Enquiry E-Mail Issue

    I have a directory set up. http://www.floatdirectory.com
    When using the Enquiry Feature:
    Admin BBC receives the E-Mail correctly within a few seconds.
    The Listing CLient Does not receive the E-Mail. Not in Inbox, Not in Spam, Not in Junk.
    The E-Mail is being generated as I can see both the client E-Mail and Admin BBC in the E-Mail Logs Plugin. But only the Admin BBC is being delivered.
    I have changed the Client E-Mail, no change.
    I have added Easy SMTP Plugin and used a different SMTP Servers. No Change.
    I continue to receive Enquiry into Admin BBC address, but not the client E-Mail.
    Please Advise.

    Try changing the default subject “Website Enquiry” to something more specific at GD > Notifications > Other emails > Email enquiry

    Some hosts’ spam settings are so high they trash emails with that subject before it is being sent.

    Host says no issues on their end, “contact plugin developer”. No surprise.

    Issue seems to be resolved. Getting E-Mails to at least two different clients. Will test further.
