    Hi Guys,
    This is all still very new to me and I will just learn as I go along. Now that membership has been renewed, I cannot update plugins. Checked under Geodirectory – under Autoupdates and it said I need to update membership details under Dashboard. I can’t see anything within the Dashboard – what am i looking for? Very frustrating. Should be something really simple or not? Cheers

    Hi jonesy,

    That’s right, you need to insert the license key from your account. Follow this link https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/jonesy/downloads . Copy and paste it into the appropriate plugin and click “Activate License”. Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Kor,
    Thank you for your quick reply as I have not gotten anywhere yet. Unfortunately this is not the answer I am looking for. I know where all the downloads and license keys are with in my account. the issue is, where do I put this in WordPress. There is no box where I can put it. I have tried to deactivate a plugin and then activate, but that does not ask for a license key either. I do not want to de-install and re-install GeoDirectory to then put in a license key. When GeoDirectory is installed on WordPress where do I update membership with you/create the link from WordPress to GD?

    This is what happens when I try to update a plugin.Then I check on Login Details as asked and it will not save changes and is asking me to go to WordPress Dashboard to make changes. And that is where I stuck.

    Hi Jonesy,

    you had very old add-ons installed using the old license system, (changed back in January).

    I’ve updated everything for you and entered the new license keys, next update should go much smoother for you.

    Let us know if everything looks in order or if I missed something.
