    2. I got email form google webmaster that allmost all categories have the same 404 issue. It seems that their are settings to be changed, but not sure what these are…
Maybe within premalink structure or httaccess

You do not have any listings at all.
The system cannot work without at least one listing.
I added one and things seem fine now.
    Please check.

    Hi Guust,

even now I have added more listings, but for actual non existing locations and after acceptance of location detection like “leipzig” I always get a Epic 404 – article not found browser message.

    URL: https://www.worldcheckin.com/location/germany/sachsen/leipzig/
    Screen Shot: http://screencast.com/t/KeQ3ItAfx

This should not happen… It would better be like “no article for this location available”
Or choose everywhere location for articles…

    Please advice, Alex

That location does not exist, the correct location is https://www.worldcheckin.com/location/germany/saxony/leipzig/

You have two Germany’s in your database. I am not sure what you are trying to achieve. The language of your site and the maps is set to English, so not sure why you had sachsen instead of saxony.

    Hi Guust,

thank you for your clarification. Well the settings of language default is ENGLISH. So I do not know why the location was saved as ./sachsen/. instead of ./saxony/. which is the english version of region name. So I deleted in Geodirectory > MultiLocations > Manage Location the double entry.

Hope this will solve the problem…

    Thanks, Alex
