Events Plugin – No Records Found on Map

    Hi
    Since updating the Events plugin, the Events entries no longer show on the homepage map. Displayed is ‘No Records Found’. In addition, none of the Events entries in the back end retain any location details. They return to the default location.

    Any thoughts on how to solve this issue?

    Hi,

    Please let us know exactly the steps that brought to this situation.

    For example, did you disable multilocation while updating events?

    Hi,
    the main geodirectory plugin plus all the additional plugins had to be updated. They were updated one by one in alphabetical order.

    Decided for the moment to restore site to the backup made just before updating. It is working fine. Lets see what happens now when we update the plugins

    Do you de-activate when updating? There is no need for that.
