    Good morning Paolo,

    Any luck with the above?

Also, the homepage is a little glitchy. Sometimes it goes back to it’s original “content with right side bar” layout and everything overlaps. I would have to refresh the page or log in to see the full width again.

I attached a snapshot of what the top right corner of my homepage would look like. The right sidebar comes back from the dead! I purged through Cloudways and cleared my browser. Is there another place I need to clear?

    Thanks,

    ~Janine

    Hi,

that’s fixed since this morning, I’m sorry I forgot to reply.

If you are seeing different thing when logged out it means that you need to clear some cache.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi guys,

My homepage is full width most of the time but every now and then it has the “Undefined” pop up (attached) and converts back to “content with right sidebar” layout.

Ever since we put the full width homepage in place weeks ago, I have purged varnish in Cloudways and cleared my browsing a couple of times.

Regarding the second attachment, do I need to select more than the two: cache and cookies?

    Thanks,

    ~Janine

    Hi,

please disable varnish on Cloudways. Varnish is not compatible with GeoLocations.

You should try to clear your geolocation browser settings, not only cookies and cache.

I can’t recreate the problem on your website, for me it works just fine now.

    Thanks

    Hi Paolo,

I disabled varnish on Cloudways and tried to locate an area where I could “clear” my geolocation browser settings. The link provided only shows instructions on how to disable sites from tracking my location, but nothing about “clearing”.

For Chrome, I’ve also tried Settings > Privacy > Content Settings > Locations > Manage Exceptions > and removing my website from “Geolocation Exceptions”. Is there another place where I can “clear” my geolation browser settings?

Also, my mobile website is not displaying the new listings on the GD Homepage Map. The desktop is displaying them but not mobile.

    Thank you,
    ~Janine

    Hi,

I think this is a cache problem. Especially the mobile thing showing something different than desktop.

Do you have any cache plugin installed other than GD Booster?

    Let us know,

    Thanks
