    Hello,
We’ve had to deactivate the gd_Booster addon because it make the web very slow (we think because we have another cache and optimize plugin)
And the plugin left some folders, we need to know which folders and files can delete to completely remove it.

    Thank you

    Hi sonyliston,

Thanks for your post.”GD Booster” cannot be used with some other cache plugins as mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#cacheplugins . Removing folders and files will not speed up your Website.

    Thanks!

Yes, thats why I’m uninstalling it. But I see some remaining folders in the ftp and was wondering if there are some files or folders that have to be manually deleted once the plugin is inactive and deleted with wordpress

    Hi sonyliston,

Thanks for your reply. If it’s related to the cache plugins, I’d suggest that you consult the plugin author for clarification. Well, always backup everything just in case anything goes wrong.

    Thanks!

You can remove the geodir-gd-cache folder from the /cache/ folder o whichever temp cache folder you were using inside wp-content/
