    I know there must be so many of these posts.
    I have just downloaded the plugin and set it up:

    • Set up Google Maps API Key
    • Set up Default Location
    • Ensured GMap widget is in GD Home (see attached)
    • Currently using Dummy data — so categories are set.

    Shows GMap widget being set in GD Home.

    I’m also attempting to provide locations for places across multiple cities in my country:

    I have not been able to determine how to add a location that’s in City B (which isn’t in City A::default location).

    Do I need to purchase Location Manager Multi-locations in order to list outside one city in my extremely small country?

    Hi Matthew,

    The Google map seems to be working now. Yes, you’ll have to use the “Location Manager” addon if you need to add more than one city.

    It seems to me that the GMap widget still does not show when placed in the GD Home Top Section, when placed like in the screenshot above.
    (Actually, none of the widgets in the GD Home Top Section are showing up).

    I did move it to the GD Home Content Section and it shows up there (within the container for that element) when placed like so:
    GMap in GD Home Content Section

    Which shows on the page like so:
    GDHome where GMap is in Content Section element, instead of Top Section element.

    I’ve just checked your Website and I’d like you to know that the widget area “GD Home Top Section” http://prntscr.com/bsfn9y will only be displayed on the GD Home Page when it is selected as the front page in Settings > Reading > Front page http://prntscr.com/bsfpdz .

    I want the Map to b able to be shown across the full width of the screen. Is there any way to do this without making GD Home the Front page?

    Hi Matthew,

    I’ve just checked your Website and it looks like you’ve removed our GD plugin. I’m sorry for all the trouble you have experienced here, please give us a chance to help you out. For this, I would need you to install the plugin again and share us a page where you need the map to be in full width.
