gd listing shortcode: pagination, and tags

In the gdlisting shortcode

1. you can select to filter by tag, but only category choices are given.

2. there are no pagination options. You select to show N, and .. what then?

1. gd_listing shortcode tag filter show listings with the tag of the page-url tag, allowing for “Featured” to be filtered on the tags page.

2. Pagination is on the list of enhancements for future versions.
