Hi, I would like to show listings on the homepage but only the title, photo and maybe reviews or favorite. Definitely not want to show text description of listings. (So I an show on the homepage 1 line of 4 listings “newest listings”. And another line of “closests listings” and another line of “most popular listings”. For example. )
I have been looking in the manual of Navigation, manual of Page design, have been playing with different GD plugins (GD > best of listings, GD > Listings, GD > Output Location) and have been trying several shortcuts. But could not find the solution. The homepage I am writing about : http://www.globaldutchies.nl/
The idea is that only the very first part, photo, title, possibility for review and favorite are being shown. Rest = Description text will be shown when clicking on (Doesnt matter, title or image)

Also..same thing for the side bar. In the blog side bar I want to show the newest listing. If I try that with GD > listing I get the full listing showing including all the details in the sidebar. Would like to have possibility to only show title and image of newest listing.

Thanks for your help and support

To adjust what is shown in the GD Archive Item, you have two options.
If you are using the gd_output_location in the GD Archive Item template, you can visit your CPT custom fields and remove “Listing” from the Show in Extra Output Locations.

If you are not using gd_output_location, then you can remove the elements from the GD Archive Item template page directly.

There is only one GD Archive item template per CPT, so changing a display in one place/page or for one widget/element requires custom CSS. An example can be seen here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/common-examples/#post_content
