I just purchased a subscription for GeoDirectories based on the below statement by sales support. Although I can’t find the forum regarding converting from GT to GD. Any assistance anyone can provide to help get me the latest version of GT, the plugin to convert and instructions would be much appreciated.
“Hi Jeffrey,
if you subscribe to geodirectory and you post a note in the forum about this,, we’ll make sure to provide latest version of GT, the plugin to convert and instructions. (it’s very easy actually).
Supreme is already released in beta. next week should be released as stable.”

April 11, 2016 at 3:48 pm #161511With my current website using geotheme I also have the integrated iOS app. Does anyone know how difficult it will be to migrate to geodirectory from geothemes & keep the iOS app functioning. I know this will require custom development, just wondering how much.
April 11, 2016 at 9:43 pm #161694Hi,
that will be impossible, I’m sorry.
We are in the process of building the API for GD and after that we will create the Apps too.
It will still few months before we have anything ready, but I think that’s the only solution for this.
Thanks

Thanks for the update. How far away are you from having the api ready (even a beta version)? I ask because I am stuck in a predicament. I took geotheme & the marketpress plugin from wpmu & with a little custom development created a multi-vendor eCommerce website. I am at Geo theme 3.4.5 & currently in the progress of updating to 3.7.1. My plan was to then migrate from GT 3.7.1 to GD then use the starter directory with the supreme child theme to obtain that beautiful user interface.
My Questions Are?
Are there any child themes for geotheme like the similiar look & feel to supreme theme?
How far away are you from having the api ready (even a beta version)?
Long term am I better sticking with Geotheme or migrating to GeoDirectory?

If so what is your best guess on the level of difficulty to do this easy, difficult, extremely difficult?
April 11, 2016 at 11:04 pm #161716Hi,
It will be long and a lot of features would have to be added/changed.
In addition we will only create 1 app for all devices, probably with phonegap framework that we already know. However we will evaluate other systems to see if something better came out since.
We will not develop xCode or native Android apps.
Thanks

Any chance you guys could send me the Geotheme Listing Export Script? The link you posted on Geotheme now redirects to geodirectories. I snapped a screenshot for more detail. I am running Geotheme on wordpress multi-site & have cloned my site. I was able to clone all content successfully except the places & events.
