    Hi Team,
when I install/activate GD V2, I can see “[gd_advanced_search ][gd_popular_post_category category_limit=5]” appearing on my home page, and most page does not load. As a consequence, I cannot complete the setup (map not found)
I have checked my settings, all seem ok.

Could you please have a look?
    Thanks

    Hello,

See our conversion document to learn more about the steps you can take when you convert.

Example, when you convert to GDV2, you will need to change GDV1 shortcodes into GDV2 shortcodes.

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/installation/#convert

One of the other items is to make sure to resave your permalinks:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/#404

The error you are seeing on login is because the supreme directory theme is not named correctly, and may be version 1. The theme and the paarent theme must also be updated to GDV2.

    Thanks Alex,
I’ve re-installed GDV2 and the themes from scratch. The problem is now gone.
