GD V2 – No Records Found Map error

    Hello dear GD support team,

    now it has also caught me with the No Records Found Map error.

    Example of my Site – CPT health:
    https://altea.me/en/locations-health-costa-blanca-province-of-alicante/

    I searched your forum and it seems to be mostly a category or change location error.

    I’ve been creating posts and content for some time now and haven’t changed anything at the GD. Today I noticed the error by chance. That was shortly after the last WP update. And the Plug In updates from Yoast and statistic.
    But even if both plug-ins are deactivated nothing changes.

    What I have already checked:
    1. all plugins disabled
    2. checked if categories are assigned
    3. checked if the Google Maps api is correct
    4. checked whether country, region or cities have been changed

    Maybe you have an idea what I missed.

    Hello,

    There is also a problem due to a bug in Ninja Forms.

    We will be releasing a hot-fix update to GeoDirectory as soon as possible. This should fix the problem until Ninja Forms can release their own fix.

    Please look out for the update and let us know.

    Hello Alex.

    No I did not change anything with gd settings. Not the language not gd settings.
    Nothing.
    The last gd action was adding a category to turism cpt. Or export of entries of a category addying an advertisment shortcode and reimport.

    But if u think its a language thing I remember something.
    We already had a big big Problem 6 weeks ago with a wpml update which had some bugs.

    WPML did a plug in update some days ago or so.
    I disabled wpml again and tested it but no effect.

    Have you tried resetting your default location?

    What do you mean, exactly?
    It seems that WPML has translated the German word “Spanien” into “Spain”.
    Oder ist es umgekehrt?

    The address entries are Spanien.

    How and where should I change it? In GD?
    Or with the WPML string translation back to Spain or Spanien?

    seems to be solved with the new gd update.

    Just 4 your Information
    I did not change anything with wpml yet and i did not reset default location name.
    Just the gd plug in update solved it.
