Hi. I am using gd_listings shortcode to show the list that I need, as you can see under I have special category and it brings places according to category, but on map it shows all categories(the only option it has checkbox that you can filter on later), what to do to show only category=”25″ places ? Thanks

    [gd_listings post_type="gd_place" layout="2" category="25" list_sort="high_review" post_number="10" add_location_filter="1" add_location_filter="1" listing_width="50"]

    Hi Caroline,

Could you please try this shortcode below and see if it works?

    [gd_listings post_type="gd_place" layout=2 category="25" post_number="10" list_sort="high_review"]

If it still doesn’t work, please share WP temp admin access to your Website.

    Thanks!

The shortcode for a Listings map can be found here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listing

Adding the shortcode for a grid of listings has no effect by itself on a map added to the page.

    Thanks

Hi Kor. The effect is the same, I have a map with all categories checked, but it’s logical that I want only to show on map places which client see on listing(category=”25″).

Decided to use separate shortcode for map as Guust offered. Thanks
