Hello,

I bought the GeoMarkeyplace plugin here: https://geodirectoryexperts.com/product/geomarketplace/

I have 2 questions please:

1) How to contact GeoMarketplace support? There is no info anywhere nor account created, I only received a purchase email, which gives me the link to download the plugin, nothing about support or contact.

2) Do you find normal that this plugin is so expensive ($99), while it does almost nothing … The only 2 features are, a menu item that changes depending on whether the user is connected or not, and a new “Products” tab from WC Marketplace in the detail page of GeoDirectory 🙁

By the way the plugin has a bug, when I save the few settings it offers, when I come back later, the settings are automatically reset ?! 🙁

It’s the first time I’m so disappointed with a GeoDirectory plugin. I understand that this is a third party plugin, but I would like a refund if it is possible, but I do not know where and who to ask.

By the way the name of the developer of GeoMarketplace is “rightmentor”, and I can not find any info from him on the official GeoDirectoryExperts website?!

I just wanted to add my 2 cents about the second point and 3rd point.

2 For me, $75 is not that expensive. (You paid $99 because of Europe VAT? If you had a VAT number you would have paid $75.)

Even $99 though wouldn’t be expensive, considering it is a one time fee and that it allows directories to make extra money. On the geodirectoryexperts.com website, it is working just fine, sold few copies (and only brought 1 major complain, this one).

It doesn’t just do what you described. GeoMarketplace brings everything in the front end. For example, the form to create products linked to listings, the account page with downloads, the invoices.

I can’t recreate this, so it must be a conflict with something else installed on your website. I’m sure webnware support will help you debug that.

@paolo: Thanks for these informations. I want to clarify something. I was aware that GeoMarketplace is a third party plugin, and I never knew it was bad. I was just saying that there is no documentation, I have no information about this plugin 🙁

I wanted to say that the support of GeoMarketplace is very friendly and responsive.

There were actually several bugs, and I got a new fixed version of the plugin. I also had some vital information about the plugin.
