Getting "Download failed. Unauthorized" after new update

    Alex,
    Thanks.. good to know. But that is not exactly what I was concerned with.

    Why am I seeing the License Key link next to nearly all of the GD plugins in one site and NOT the other?

    Is there a problem with one or the other site?

    It probably means WP Easy Updates isn’t installed.

    The developers can take a look, just post WP Admin and FTP.

    No, that won’t work, because if the site has an issue we can’t get to the file system except through WP Admin.

    Since you have FTP, try this fix here:

    Actually that is not the case with the Instant IDE Plugin. It opens in a new window. Please check it out to see if it will work.

    The links are the Temporary Login links and they will log you in without needing a password.

    If it has a file viewer, I do not see it.

    Regardless, if the site is having an issue, then this plugin solution would need to be launched from the site or require the site to be functioning in order to launch.

    We can only work on site code or disable/enable plugins when we have FTP access.
