    Hi Gianluca,

Thanks for your reply. Kindly make sure that you’ve setup your Google MAP API key as mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/

    Thanks!

Please share your site URL so we can check the error.
You can include WP Admin credentials in a private reply in case we need to check the settings.

For some features you will need an SSL certificate for your site.
For most Google features you will need to add a billing account to your API Project.
Please confirm whether you have done those things.
If not, then it would be better to switch to OpenStreetMap for testing.

    You can do that at

GeoDirectory – Design – Map – Load Maps API – Open Street Map

I checked by adding a listing, and using the frontend maps, and they seem to work ok.
Sometimes it takes awhile for the key from Google to become fully active.
Is this fixed, then? Or maybe you can tell us more about the problem so we can help.

Ah, now I see. You will need SSL for that. Your site must be at https:// to secure the data and protect it when it is transmitted from the user to Google.

Can the ssl certificate be installed only for the subdomain?

In theory, yes, but you will need to work with your host or your hosting cpanel to find out what options are available.
