Hi. I recently had to move my website from one domain to another. I went into the GD settings from my WordPress and put in a google analytics code. There seems to be a problem with it and now I can’t get back to delete it or even access any of my settings in WordPress. Can you advise how to fix it? Thank you.
This is the error code I’m getting:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Google_Service_Exception’ with message ‘Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/management/accounts/~all/webproperties: (403) User does not have any Google Analytics account.’ in /home/content/52/12338752/html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-admin/google-api-php-client/src/Google/Http/REST.php:110 Stack trace: #0 /home/content/52/12338752/html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-admin/google-api-php-client/src/Google/Http/REST.php(62): Google_Http_REST::decodeHttpResponse(Object(Google_Http_Request), Object(Google_Client)) #1 [internal function]: Google_Http_REST::doExecute(Object(Google_Client), Object(Google_Http_Request)) #2 /home/content/52/12338752/html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-admin/google-api-php-client/src/Google/Task/Runner.php(174): call_user_func_array(Array, Array) #3 /home/content/52/12338752/html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-admin/google-api-php-client/src/Google/Http/REST.php(46): Google_Task_Runner- in /home/content/52/12338752/html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-admin/google-api-php-client/src/Google/Http/REST.php on line 110December 29, 2016 at 11:48 pm #333262Please post URL, WP admin and FTP details in a private reply.
Did you set up a new analytics for the new domain?
Where did you enter the code? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-core-plugin-google-analytics/December 30, 2016 at 1:54 am #333298This reply has been marked as private.December 30, 2016 at 1:58 am #333299Please give FTP details too.
And that username does not seem valid. We will need a correct admin username.December 30, 2016 at 2:08 am #333300This reply has been marked as private.December 30, 2016 at 5:51 am #333328Hi Micole,
Please check now.
You have changed your domain, so now you need to Re-Authorize Google Analytics Account from backend GeoDirectory -> General -> Google Analytics -> Google analytics access -> Deauthorize & the Authorize.
Let us know for further query.
Thanks,

February 8, 2017 at 4:56 pm #357100Hi,
you just need to create a google Analytics account within the Google account use on the GeoDirectory website.
Let us know if that helps.

February 8, 2017 at 5:05 pm #357117but ..after create a account how can i solve the error ?
February 8, 2017 at 5:08 pm #357119The error appeared because you connected a google account that doesn’t have any google analytics account created.
If you create one, the system should start working fine without any further actions needed.
Thanks
