Having a problem with category map & Default feature image..

    Dear support team,
    I have several problems requiring your help.

    1. Default image setting function.

    I need to set default image for the place I don’t have photo, but I couldn’t find where to set the default image for blank place. I thought that section in the screenshot(att 1.jpg) is the place, but it was not. Also, when I tried to set up featured image for each place manually, I can only bring image from my computer, not from wordpress library, hence duplicating & spamming same image over and over on my database.

    2. Unending loading for category map.

    These page for specific categories doesn’t work. It just keeps loading.

    When I upload a featured image for each place, I cannot bring picture from media library, but just from my computer.

    You need to re-save your WP permalinks after you change the settings at GD permalinks. That will update all the links correctly to
    http://phillyko.com/places/pennsylvania/blue-bell/academy/
    instead of
    http://phillyko.com/places/blue-bell/academy/

    The setting at GD > Design > Listings > Upload listing no image, will add an image to the Listings and Search pages only, not to the detail page for the listing.

    Because your users have no access to your media library, images need to be uploaded a different way.
    That is one of the reasons GD does not use the WP media.

    I followed your instruction but it doesn’t get updated to new permalinks. It was already set to according to the installation instruction. Is there any other way to fix it?

    So I changed my plan to just using Home Directory Page ( http://phillyko.com/directory/ ) instead of category page. However, same error happens when I click the category tags on the sidebar.

    Please delete the WP Fastest Cache plugin, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#w3cache

    Also make sure to use the latest GD plugins, to make sure things work correctly.
    Both GD core and Location Manager are outdated.

    Then we can have another look.
