I am using Supreme Directory child theme on my site. I added 5 listings last night in 5 categories. However, when I viewed the homepage, none of the listings were showing at all. All listings have an image attached.
Could someone help me fix this problem? I have added my site’s info in the post below.
Thanks a lot

Thanks for your post. Could you kindly please grant us “Administrative” access to your Website so that we could check your GD settings? In the meantime, have you tried populating the homepage using the gd_listing shortcode? You can use the shortcode builder here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/ to help you generate the shortcode with the required parameters.

Use the shortcode builder to create a new shortcode with the layout set to Grid 3.
2.
To fix your links, re-save them as described here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/#404
October 13, 2019 at 5:17 am #512818@alex I set the GD Listings shortcode to
[gd_listings title=”Visit Local Microbreweries” post_type=”gd_place” sort_by=”az” title_tag=”h3″ layout=”3″ post_limit=”5″ add_location_filter=”1″ view_all_link=”1″ bottom_pagination=”1″]
and it works with layout=”3″.Also, the listing details page is still returning the following error after I changed the permalinks per the above docs instructions:
Not Found

Did you try that?
October 15, 2019 at 5:32 am #513129Hi Alex,
After you fixed the permalinks problem, I went to Settings > Permalinks and the “Post name” setting was checked so I used this setting after following your https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/#404 doc but it didn’t work on my end.
Now, you are stating that you used the long and not-seo optimized “full location with category” for gd. I changed it to the “Default” gd option and it works. I also tested the “Custom base” option with the following tags and it works too: /%region%/%city%/%postname%/
I thank you for your help.
