How do I create shortcodes for address, phone, mobile, email, website, – I have added additional fields of contact information, but I can’t seem to see how to create shortcodes to get them to show in the GD details page and the address also picks up the universal address?

use the shortcode builder

Try GD Post Meta, then select the key for your field and additional options.

You can also use widgets. Add the GD Post Meta widget to the sidebar that shows on your details page, and select the key.
