    It used to be that if I added an event to a CPT it “created” an “event tab” and all the of the events for “that particular” directory listing could be visible if I clicked on the event tab. Please? What happened. I am struggling here.

    Hi Steve,

    in admin panel visit
    places => settings => tabs

    Add a shortocode element there with following shortcode in it.

    [gd_listings post_type=”gd_event” sort_by=”latest” title_tag=”h3″ layout=”list” post_limit=”-1″ franchise_of=”auto” hide_if_empty=”1″]

    Thanks

    Thank you. Apparently there is a plugin conflict as the “items” added to the “tabs” setting area are not “resoloving” to the front end.
    See pics.

    Thank you. I have corrected the event description. Now, I added in the band settings another short code but it does not display in the tabs section.
    Short code: [gd_linked_posts link_type=”to” post_type=”gd_event” sort_by=”az” title_tag=”h3″ layout=”gridview_onehalf” post_limit=”5″ view_all_link=”1″]

    Hi Steve, It seems you have not connected events to any bands?

    how you considering an events is for particular band?

    where can i see if any event is linked with this band?

    It used to be in version prior to v2, when adding an event there was a “link to listing” text area that searched for existing CPT listings.

    I no longer see that feature when adding events. What happened to it? Or, did I not set some “new” setting in V2?

    When you are using the term “place” to you meant the actual post type or are you using that to mean any of the CPT types and “places”?
