how to structure all these fields

    If I want to make a directory lets say for restaurants as an example(U.S. Only restaurants for now) and I want to divide it by State, then I want to make the listing of restaurants by nationality per example Italian,Greece,American etc. can anybody tell me how to structure all these fields, do I have to create sub domains or folders and what its better sub domains or folders, its the restaurants the main category and nationality sub categories or how that goes? do I have to change the”places” for “restaurants”. Hope its not too much asking.

    If the site is for restaurants only, you could rename places to restaurants, and then create categories for Italian etc. That’s all you would need to do.
