    I tryied to update the plugins directly from wordpress but something went wrong…

    How I should update the core pluggin? and the add-ons?

    (Maybe I must download from your site and then upload by FTP???)

    did you add your username and licence key in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates as per documentation?
