Hyperlinks between Custom Post Types

I would like to be able to import a CSV file with custom fields with internal hyperlinks between these custom fields.

Example:
1 person is the manager of 2 different companies. I want to show this relation (along with others) as internal links on my page.

Spread sheet 1:

Cell A1: post_title
Cell A2: Company 1
Cell A3: Company 2

Cell B1: geodir_managername
Cell B2: Manager 1
Cell B3: Manager 1

Cell C1: geodir_managerurl
Cell C2: manager-1
Cell C3: manager-1

Cell D1: geodir_managerlinktext

Cell D3: Manager 1

Spread sheet 2:

Cell A1: post_title

Result: 4 new places with internal links and customized link text:

Company 1:
Manager 1

Company 2:
Manager 1

Manager 1:
Company 1
Company 2

In the dashboard I can go to Geodirectory-Place Settings-Add new Place form field and choose the URL field, but then it will only show whatever I write in the Frontend title field as link text. It will show the same Front end field content in all links and it will open the link in a new window.

I have very little coding skills, so a solution where I can replace one block of code with another block of code will be appreciated. Thanks.
