I am getting this error when I try to activate advanced search plugin

    “There was an issue determining where GeoDirectory Plugin is installed and activated. Please install or activate GeoDirectory Plugin”

    I am getting this error when I try to activate advanced search plugin.

    please help

    Through FTP Login check to make sure the geodirectory folder is called “geodirectory”

    If that isn’t the issue please share wP Admin and FTP and we will take a look.

    Hi Stuart,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve just inspected your Website and it looks like you’ve installed the wrong version of the plugin. If you’re using GDv2, you need to install GDv2 version of the Advanced Search Addon as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/installation/#version
