I need help with setting of the sort

Which page, the front page?
That using GD Listings, did you select your custom sort there?

Did you already add the sort you want?
And you added GD Listings with that sort selected?

You are using a default GD Listings shortcode on the frontpage.

Try using the shortcode builder to create the GD Listings shortcode with the features you want.

Before you create the GD Listings shortcode, first create the sort you want, then you can select that when you create the GD Listings shortcode.

About the add listing page title, you can hide the main title with this CSS:
