I tried updating my site. A lot of issues with the map, locations and layout.
I then restored to my original form and it is still a mess. A lot of days put in and I can’t seem to fix it. I am a amateur website builder.
Anything you can do to help. Thanks
April 15, 2019 at 6:19 am #480723Hi Matt Shannon,
Thanks for your message. Could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we check out what you’ve done on your end? Also, tell us a little bit more about the map and layout issues along with some screenshots.
Thanks!

For the map, if you want to exclude categories, make a new shortcode and use the option to exclude categories. You can use the shortcode builder to do that.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/
About the login page, GDV2 pairs perfectly with UsersWP. If you want , you can also come up with your own redirection to your own custom login page. See this doc for more info: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/account-management/
For Supreme, to hide the user account nav that shows in mobile:
#site-header > div > div.dt-mobile-account-wrap {display:none!}May 28, 2019 at 2:06 am #489407Hi,
If a visitor is visiting the site (not logged in at this time), the locations on the map show an “error”. I’ve tried to resolve this.
Once you log in, the site works fine.

May 28, 2019 at 11:09 am #489455I am not logged in and dont see an error. Which page?
May 28, 2019 at 4:39 pm #489543Hi Alex,
On the home page https://trekwest.ca/
Please click on an icon on the map, photo and information should appear for a visitor to further click on that location.
Instead an empty box shows up with the text “error”.
Thank you for your time.

Any progress yet? I am still having some issues with this. I also have an issue keeping GD Booster on. When I activate GD Booster, the map in my “Add Place” page does not work. Map only works when I de-activate the GD Booster.
I appreciate the help.
Thanks,

Thanks for your reply. I will check with the devs.
June 3, 2019 at 9:13 am #490561Hi Matt,
Thanks for your reply. The map works fine now when I tested it. Probably related to the GD booster. Also, I’d like you to know that GD booster is not compatible with GDv2. So please remove it now.
June 5, 2019 at 9:06 pm #491088Hi Kor,
Is there a new plugin that helps with loading the website like the GD Booster?
Also, when a logged in user adds a new place on “add place” The map where a user is to indicate the new upload doesn’t have a marker showing the exact location a user wants to place their new icon.
V2 seemed to take this detail away and I can’t get it back.
Matt
