Hy all,
sorry if I am duplicating this question. We have caught one issue: when loading the page sometimes images do not show up if the user is not logged in to the site.
For example – https://stepoutbuffalo.com/events/spring-shoreline-sweep/
We are testing in different browsers on different machines and not always can repeat it but our some users can’t view the images.
So, we thought that the problem appears because of the Fast Velocity Minify plugin, so we had turned it off, but the images not always loads fine and the bug is still repeating.
Maybe, you can help us to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance!April 16, 2018 at 8:29 am #426755Hi there,
Thanks for your post. Regarding your issue, there could be more than one 3rd party plugin affecting this. Please try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it helps? If the issue persists, please share WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check further.
Thanks!
May 3, 2018 at 12:19 pm #428920Hi there,
1) Earlier we asked this question, and we were given the following recommendations – disable other plug-ins. We still have doubts about the settings on this page (https://prnt.sc/jd54cs). Can I get further advice on what needs to be done?
Problem: Photos still do not load.2) When any plug-in is activated, the following error is output https://prnt.sc/jd6ara, and the plug-in is still activated. With what it can be connected?
3) We use the Yoast SEO plug-in when we try to go to a dashboard page, a redirect to the home page takes place. Can this also be associated with GeoDirectory too?
Thanks!

1. Are you seeing any issues? If not, then just leave those settings as is. If you are, please point out the issues so we can take a look. Do include URLs and more details about what you want to achieve.
2. Where is geodirectory – did yo umove your wp-content folder at one time? This might need a change in the DB.
3. By Dashboard, do you mean the WP Dashboard? Please tell us more about the issue so we can recreate it.

I found that you are using “Cloudflare Rocket Loader” on your site and it breaks the image slider loading on the page.
Please disable “Cloudflare Rocket Loader” and check if fixes the issue or not.
Also please check this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#rocketloader
Let us know how it goes.

May 9, 2018 at 1:16 pm #429720May 21, 2018 at 8:16 am #431406hi guys,
we had faced with one strange issue.
When adding the events from frontend we fill out the “tags” field. After publication of the event, we can see, that tags had been adding to the tags list but in “View tag” mode no events that recorded to this tag.
And one more strange thing – when deleting the tag on the event tags page in admin the relationship between tag and event are saved and we still can see this tag on the frontend.
Please, see the video – https://www.dropbox.com/s/1r9d62r551pghqg/Tags%20deleting%20issue%20.mov?dl=0May 21, 2018 at 8:53 am #431409We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem.
Please turn off any code snippets or customizations related to tags.
To allow us to examine the site, please create a private reply and include all the information listed below so we can make a complete diagnosis.
Add listing URL where we can see the issue:

we set the limit for tags as 60 characters in event price package but there is still the same issue: when deleting the tag on the “event tags” page in admin, the relationship between tag and event are saved in DB and we still can see this tag on the frontend. -
