Import & Export upload tools disappear

    Hi,

    When I select ‘Import & Export’ on geodirectory the options to upload a .csv file appear and then disappear and I’m unable to use the feature. I select the black triangle and it gains a blue circle but nothing else, none of the options to import move to enable the upload options to appear.

    I’m using windows 10 and google chrome

    I’ve attached 2 screen shots, one showing what I am expecting of the options to be available to allow me to do an import (these only appear for a microsecond) and the other of what I am getting after the options disappear

    Reply with them and tick “Set as private reply”. You’ll find the checkbox to do so below the tags field and the option “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” of this form.

    it looks like a server error. Could you please send the screenshot attached to your hosting support and asked them to follow up?
