Imported listing now showing default image, but default CPT image

these 2 widgets are on the same page, one above another. with same CPT. One with category drop down, one without option.

The one with category options, instead of showing 35 categories in the CPT, it shows only 30 exact.

I discovered the reason. It was errors while converting from category name to category ID. where some category names were mis-spelled, leading to partial conversion. Records with only category names did not go into their category, they become orphan records. Now need to manually delete them and reload.

It might be a better system with section for admin to map orphan records to category, either mapping existing category or instant create new category for orphan records if needed to.

Thanks for your info. Where did you screen capture this. As categories showing are for automotive CPT.

I find the same issue whenever import new csv. Just did Emergency services CPT, gd listing widget did not show any categories, only ALL. It is strange. The first CPT automotive, you have fixed and working. Then when i do construction, no categories, i just click here click there, change to other cpt, come back, and suddently categories show up.

Now the third cpt, emergency services, i did the same, so far nothing apart from ALL shows.
