Importing CSV file

Has anyone tried to upload a csv file and get this error?

Array( [error] => Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.)?

From GD IMPORT & EXPORT CSV – I exported my current dataset, added records and tried to import that exact same file, even renamed it. and still, get this error message. I even tried to re-upload the same file that was exported and the same problem…
