Hello Jonathan,
Thank you for your detailed message.
In principle I have a simple problem. If I embed a shortcode on the start page without Divi Builder this content will be displayed normally. If I use the Divi Builder with the Full Width Code Module, the normal Code Module, or even the Text Module, I always get the result you can see on our website.
I do not know how far you can trace back the conversation I had with your colleague, so I’ll post you all the login details in a private post.
You are welcome to log in and try it for yourself.
I’ve gone through all the instructions your colleague sent me several times, but maybe I’m just missing something.
I thank you for your help and look forward to your answer.
Best regards

Like I tried to explain, it is the Divi Builder that adds a lot of unnecessary code.
We support our own products 100% but Divi Builder is not our product, so if you do not know how to customize the CSS they add, you may want to ask them for help. Thanks
December 2, 2017 at 9:50 am #407918Hello Guust,
thanks for the hint. Just read the email and did not notice that Johnatan is not a GD Support employee.
Okay, of course I understand that you can not offer support for an error caused by a foreign plugin. If your colleague had said the same to me, then we could have shortened that too.
I was just confused because I thought the Divi Builder was fully compatible with DG.
Thank you for your message. Wishing you a nice day.
December 2, 2017 at 10:39 am #407919Hello Balifornia:
Sorry I saw your message earlier and I should have replied to let you know I was not a GD employee and thus I could not see your login details. I figured since they were not publicly posted, I could wait until I had a solution for you (it has been over an hour I believe).
Our designer utilized a non Divi page to meet the requirements of one of our clients when the Divi Shop Module fell short. I will ask her to see if she remembers how that was done and see if it adds any Divi wrappers around the content sections she added as I believe it still used the Divi Header / Footer etc.
Have a great day Balifornia. Best of Luck to you and your directory(ies)!
December 4, 2017 at 12:29 pm #408113Hi there,
I just flagged this to a developer. Meanwhile, please provide FTP access in private reply just in case they needed it.
Thanks!
December 4, 2017 at 2:38 pm #408166Hello!
Please setup the shortcode using Divi on a secondary page on your site.
For example mysite.com/shortcode-testThen make a private reply here to share the URL and the FTP information
Thanks
December 5, 2017 at 12:15 pm #408321Hello!
Is this still an issue?
December 5, 2017 at 4:12 pm #408353Hello, thanks for asking. Unfortunately I just read your messages today, otherwise I would have answered earlier. Yes the issue persists. I also tested it on another page. There was it the same.
Would be great if you could help us.
