    Hello,

I’m developing a site for a client who purchased your plugins. I’ve just moved the site from one server to another and I am running into the same problem as this post: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/gd_place-invalid-post-type/

I’m happy to pass credentials your way if there isn’t a known fix for this issue.

    Thank you

    Hi,

to assist with that, we’ll need a link, admin credentials and access to cPanel or phpmyadmin.

    Let us know,

    Thank you

    Hi Lucas,

It seems some data has been corrupted when moving, the CPT info is stored in the options table under “geodir_post_types” this value seems corrupt.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Thank you for your help.

For the sake of anyone coming across this thread I had been doing an Import/Export of the database data. I had to go into the options table and find the row ‘geodir_post_types’ and manually copy and paste the ‘option_value’ data from the original server to the new one. Works now.

    Thank you Stiofan.

Great, though it would worry me what else might be corrupt :/
