"Is Featured" capabilities missing in Pricing Manager V2?

In the Featured Listings Docs for V2 it is mentioned that “some addons like Payments Manager can also set this field per price package.”

I recently migrated from V1 to V2 and have Pricing Manager 2.50.0.13 installed. I no-longer see a checkbox to mark a price package as “is featured”, even when adding a new price package.

Is there some new way to enable this, or is there a glitch in my migration?
