Is there a way to hook into the "No listings found"

Is there a way to hook into the “No listings found” message/page?

I have a desire to write some custom code in certain scenarios to come up with a list of dynamically generated suggestions for people when they get to a page with no results.

The last thing I want to do is lead someone to a dead-end without giving them an alternative to browse to some other place or piece of information that might be of interest.

Thoughts?

There is not really any specific hooks you could use to do this, i have added a task to add some.
