April 30, 2016 at 1:47 pm #182669Hi folks, I want to renew my licence but am a bit Nervous about doing it since the new licencing system was introduced which I think still wants me to manually enter different licence keys for all 12 plugins on all 5 or 6 of my sites. Advice on how to proceed? Has this issue been resolved? Kind regards, Stuart April 30, 2016 at 2:11 pm #182676At the moment that is the only way to proceed… It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes per website. Thanks April 30, 2016 at 2:33 pm #182679A tad optimistic I think! I have tried renewing my licence for 4 months, but it is insisting that I renew for 12 months? April 30, 2016 at 4:17 pm #182699Please try now, let us know, Thanks April 30, 2016 at 4:18 pm #182700BTW, I’ve updated and changed licenses on hundreds of websites in the past 2 months. I’m probably faster than the avarage user, but I can assure you that 5 minutes per website isn’t irrealistic. May 1, 2016 at 8:10 pm #183398Hmmm, One hour into my first of 6 sites and not looking good Paulo. I have renewed my 4 month membership and have downloaded and activated the force update plug in. Now all 16 Plug ins are showing new and different licence keys. When I cut and paste these into the fields in auto updates and licensing I get an error message when I try to save and activate the licence key for each plug saying Licence not activated. Please renew or seek support. May 2, 2016 at 7:45 am #183540Anyone there? Where do I go from here Guys? May 2, 2016 at 7:50 am #183541Hi Powerboat, Just letting you know that Paolo will be attending to you in a couple of hours time. Meanwhile, it would be great if you can share your website URL and wp-admin credentials here in a private reply for him to check the issue. Thanks! But fail again when I tried repeating the process on one of my other sites.
I have managed to manually enter all of the many different licence keys for the sub-plug-ins (map cluster etc.), but when I try to update plugins through the wp admin cp, I get errors on all update attempts. “An error occurred while updating GD Booster: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”May 2, 2016 at 10:07 am #183604This reply has been marked as private.May 2, 2016 at 11:00 am #183633And now I have managed to update a second website, again by trial and error. But the website in my last PM is still defeating me. May 2, 2016 at 3:53 pm #183773hi, for the website linked, you didn’t add the new license key for the location and payment manager add-ons in: GeoDirectory > Auto Updates Once you do and you activate them the update should work as expected. Let us know if that was the issue. Thanks May 2, 2016 at 7:08 pm #183945Hi Paolo, The site is http://corkwhiskeytrail.com. Still not working! This is the error message on all WPGD plug ins. An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. May 2, 2016 at 7:17 pm #183946Hi Paolo, You can close down this thread. I’ve just paid a third party €100 to resolve the issues for me as it was costing me more in valuable time. Kind regards, Stuart
