I cannot find anywhere to put the license key. I installed the free version and we just upgraded to go PRO but I dont know how to go about doing it? is there a different plug in to install or something?

    Hi Philip,

Thanks for your post. Please install the WP easy updates plugin and update the license key as mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates . Then you should be able to update the plugin directly without issues.

This did not work. I dont see anywhere to add the license key.

We want this plugin to work with all locations in US. Not just one small default location. I installed the location manager and it doesnt have settings at all. No license key entry. I am confused. I’d like to get this going.

I even disabled my cache. Deactivated and reactivated. Forced Updates using the update manager. Nothing I do is bringing the option to add any license key for any of the add ons I uploaded. What gives?

Ok you were right. I had installed a different plugin with a similar name.
However I tried to insert the license key and I get a grey pop up that says “error”

I deactivated all plugins except geos. It allowed me to enter license key. But the plugins don’t seem to work. The options on the geo menu have not changed like they are supposed to. I even tried changing the theme.

    Hi Philip,

Thanks for your reply and I’m glad that you’re able to activate the license now. Could you elaborate a little bit more about your issue? Not sure what you mean by

The options on the geo menu have not changed like they are supposed to

Perhaps you can share some screenshots?

    Thanks!

Like I installed location manager. We want the directory to serve the whole US. But I dont see the menu option for multiple location. Instead its still using the default location which only serves one city.

    Hello,

please check again that you have activated the Multilocations plugin.

Once you do, the “Set Default Location” will transform into Multilocations

Then you can add listings, and new locations will be added with each listing.
