listing found in the search… but link is broken

As title states…

I am looking for a keyword in the search
http://www.grappling-italia.com/palestre/
and i get the results as expected:
http://www.grappling-italia.com/palestre/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=lottatori&snear=&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=

but when I click on the first one
(this: grappling-italia.com/palestre/palestre/pessano-con-bornago/mma/lottatori-milano/ )
it s a 404…
not all are broken…

I read the documentation and I understand the problem when I change categories, but this, it s the result of the plugin…?
how can i fix this?

as a side note (maybe correlated, maybe not)

or even better:

give a 404, too

( i might open a new ticket for this, in case)
