    Hello,
We’re having a problem. When we edit a listing, it doesn’t save the changes.
We write address, category, etc. and after we click on “save changes” the page refresh and all disappears (except the listing name).

The problem is that all was working Ok, we didn’t installed new plugins, nor anything. The only changes we made was to translate some fields from the “custom posts types” (but left the slugs as they were) and the categories names (here I’ve change the slugs, but I’ve already tried to write the old slugs again, and the problem persists).

    Thw site is: http://www.ebeautyplanet.fr

“We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem.

Please be sure to have completed all the steps for configuration, and do check to see that your plugins are all up to date.

I can see that there are definitely some issues with the frontend editor, though the backend editor seems to be working as designed.

Please install WP Easy Updates, add/activate licenses for all your GD add-ons. You’ll be prompted to update some of the addons because you are using older versions of some the add-ons, which can conflict with the latest version of the core plugin.

That is most likely where the problem is coming from. If that doesn’t fix it, please write back and let us know.

If the problem does persist I would also recommend you try switching themes to twentyseventeen for example, and trying again to edit a listing.

    Thanks

We’re editing from the backend editor and have that issue (tried creating new listings in “professionals” for ex. and trying to edit an existing listing “test 06” but it doesn’t save the address, package, category)

Already updated all as you mentioned, but still have the issue.

I can no longer see the issue. I was able to edit the Test 06 listing with front and backend editors.

Please check, and do perform a hard reload and clear cache in your browser.

Let us know how it goes.
