    Hi,
    I have SSL installed & getting location in Chrome browser on laptop. But on Android device Chrome browser I am getting error ” Location Detection not supported in browser”. This error on mobile Microsoft Edge browser is not coming. Please help to resolve.

    Hi, thanks for support.
    I again tried on my devi but getting same error. I cleared the cashes and temporary files etc. But still getting same error for Chrome only. For other browsers it is working fine. What to do now?

    Even I checked on other android phones and getting the same error message for Chrome.

    I don’t see an error either. You may need to reset the site settings in your devices.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your mail.
    I checked Chrome site settings & found ok. I deleted cookies & cleared History. Also done Reset of Location settings but still not getting location in browser. But it is working fine with Edge, Opera, Firefox & Xiomi browsers. Not working with Chrome alone. Could you please help me?

    Which page are you checking, exactly?
    What button are you pressing?

    We have not been able to recreate the issue yet so we need more information about exactly how you are encountering the error.

    you can use GD Post Directions shortcode. Many times a unstable SSL cert may cause intermittent issues with the browser geolocation services.
