location shows closed during open hours

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    This seems to be an ongoing issue. I noticed this error yesterday. Earlier today it was showing correct, and after running the event setup wizard, the location is showing closed.

    Hi simplycomplex,

    Thanks for your post. Could you try editing your WP > Settings > Timezone and see if it works? If not, please share your Website WP admin access here and we’ll troubleshoot this further for you.

    If the site timezone is changed, then listing timezones will need an update. You can do that with import export

    Just as a heads up the error was there prior to testing the timezone. I didnt realize change the timezone would cause the need to import the listings. I simply changed and put it back. But again the error was there prior to me doing this. It was showing correct, and then at times it didnt. I dont know why this was the case and will continue to watch this to be sure it continues to feed correct.
