Login page not working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi guys, my login page is not working anymore, you click login and there is nothing on the page, nowhere for you to login?

    The page loads fine, just cant login

    Would you know what the problem might be?

    Hello,

    If you just upgraded to GDV2 we recommend you use UsersWP for login:

    https://userswp.io/

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/userswp/

    If that isn’t the issue you can try turning off the login plugin through FTP , and then login through wp-login.php

    If we need to check the settings please share FTP and WP Admin credentials in a private reply.

    Hi, and thanks for your reply, what should the login page URL be?
    Mine is /gd-login/

    I changed it to /UsersWP/ but made no difference so i turned off UsersWP plugin and tried /gd-login/ again but no good

    GDV2 does not have a login page. Try /wp-login.php

    We recommend UsersWP because of extensive integration with GD and it provides pretty profiles and login and register forms.

    Hi Alex, i tried /Users-WP/ but i get

    Oops! That page can’t be found.

    What else can i try please

    UsersWp is a plugin you can add: https://userswp.io/

    Try logging in at /wp-admin/ or /wp-login.php

    I adjusted the menu settings.

    You can check them and make additional changes to the top menu.

    Hi Alex, UsersWP works great, but now i am getting swamped with spam sign ups so had to switch it off
    Dont know what to do about that
    Have you any ideas at all?

    You can install the recaptcha addon as explained here https://userswp.io/downloads/recaptcha/ . Could you give it a try?
