Well, extremely frustrating. I would have preferred your IP to whitelist you for now. Since that is not forthcoming, I have instead set up “Advanced File Manager” in WordPress.
Basically it is a file manager like Cpanel, but within the install itself. So, once you log in to the site itself, you can add / remove and upload files as needed with proper permissions.
Here is more information…
https://wordpress.org/plugins/file-manager-advanced/
This, I believe should suffice.

May 23, 2019 at 1:09 pm #488378I checked in database for listing detail table, and found there columns for both v1 and v2 version. May be you have put back v1 after v2 was not successful.
I have manually fixed those columns and performed v1 to v2 conversion and it worked fine.
During v1 to v2 conversion there is no possibility of loosing data. It just modifying the structure.
I just followed v1 to v2 conversion as in documentation and it worked fine.
Let us know if you need more help.

KiranMay 23, 2019 at 1:40 pm #488387This does not bode well then.
This is a clone of the original site, so this means the original will still have this issue. Due to the problem with not being able to login to FTP, this database is stale as well.
So, if I need to repair the database tables on the original site, what needs to be done before I try this again?

FTP though is the exact same account, so if you could not get it to work before…it won’t now.
As discussed, you will only be repairing the database, and not doing the upgrade. I will complete the upgrade on my own cloned install afterwards (as I still need to rework pages, etc).
I appreciate you resolving this issue quickly, so we can continue the upgrade.

If you have any ideas of how I should proceed to prevent issues, I am willing to work on that. How could I do a re-import for example, once I complete work on the cloned site?

Very frustrated. I am going to go ahead and move on I think… I hope this gets worked out in the end…but, we have too many customers who need a working solution.
I appreciate you trying, but our database must be old, or something and breaks too easily…
