Losing data on upgrade

    I see several people having the same issue. After an upgrade to V2 on my Dev site…all data for the business entries are wiped…

    Addresses
    Custom fields for data like Facebook, Twitter
    Email

    Basically, the city, the state and the description is all that is left (the city and state just look to be the default location)

    How do we fix?

    Thanks for your message. This isn’t a known issue and we would need to investigate your Website backend to check further. Could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply?

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I checked and your site is running with v1.
    Please take backup of your site and provide FTP credentials so i can perform v1 to v2 conversion from my side. This will help us to find what was breaking conversion.

    We do not block India, unless their particular IP space is blocked for abuse.

    So, I cannot unblock unless I know what their IP is to check against our firewall.
