Hi
I have set up Geo Directory on my existing website which is a WP site with MH THEME. The set up was all going well until I added a custom Post type and changed the multi locations to set up default country.
Now site has lost the theme.
I found a post in the support forum on compatibility with MH Theme and input the code in the theme compatibility tab, but that was 2 days ago and all seemed fine. How do I get my theme back!

March 3, 2018 at 11:53 am #420102Hi
I have set up the login details for you. Could you please have a look to see what happened to the theme?
ThanksMarch 3, 2018 at 2:03 pm #420106Turning off GD Booster restored the theme.
Do have a look at your other site and copy over those settings for GD Booster.
Let us know if you run into any issues.
March 3, 2018 at 2:08 pm #420109Thanks for coming back.
As it turns out the GB Booster was not yet activated on the other site. I just activated it and it had the same effect on that site.
Does this mean I can not use the booster plugin on either site or is there a way around this?
thanksMarch 3, 2018 at 2:12 pm #420112It means that some compatibility settings may be needed; it is the rare case where it cannot be used after some settings are adjusted.
We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem, during normal hours: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/

I activated GD Booster, cleared the cache, and deactivated and the site seems to load now.
I see the other site loading, too.
Thanks for your patience while the developers take a look at the deeper issue of GD Booster settings for your site.
March 5, 2018 at 11:34 am #420336Thank you. Your help is very much appreciated!
March 15, 2018 at 2:22 pm #421590Hi
I have not yet heard from the developers or yourself about the GD Booster plugin.
I have also some issues with the tabs on the detail page of a listing. They are diagonally and have no colour. The same happens on the change location option at the home page. I assume this has to do with the theme I have installed and have therefore included it here, though let me know if I need to do a new support request.
I will send a private message with the login details as the old one has now expired.

I have applied the theme compatibility settings.
For GD Booster, sometimes its just not compatible with some servers or setups, feel free to try other caching options like WP Super Cache and WPAutoptimizeThanks
