(cas:72) GeoDirectory was unable to authenticate you with Google using the Auth Token you pasted into the input box on the previous step.
This could mean either you pasted the token wrong, or the time/date on your server is wrong, or an SSL issue preventing Google from Authenticating.
Tech Info 400:Error fetching OAuth2 access token, message: ‘invalid_grant: Malformed auth code.’

Is this because my subscription has expired?
November 29, 2018 at 7:47 pm #456415From the FAQ on our pricing page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/membership/
Q: What happen if I cancel my subscription or my non recurring plan ends, will the plugins stop working?
A: The plugins will continue to work, you will no longer have access to support and updates for them. In such case you should avoid updating anything else, which is the only thing that could create new conflicts.
it works fine for me… see image attached.
November 29, 2018 at 9:34 pm #456422My homepage shows just a blank map. I haven’t done anything. The only thing was my subscription expired.
November 29, 2018 at 10:49 pm #456429Try zooming out on that page. And change the widget auto-zoom settings.
All pages work fine for me too: https://ajijictoday.com.mx/locations/ etc
Thanks
November 30, 2018 at 8:12 pm #456569I have spent hours trying to set my default location. I have tried to follow the documentation but I don’t see anywhere to set the default location. My map is suddenly showing somewhere in the US. I haven’t touched anything other than I did a recent GeoDirectory plugin upgrade. I checked and Ajijic is showing as my default city but this does nothing for the map.

November 30, 2018 at 9:21 pm #456586Which map? Please send a URL, and a screenshot of the issue you see in your browser.
I just looked at the home map and it is not showing the US.

From https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/
Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.
Thanks
December 1, 2018 at 1:58 pm #456681Although I don’t see any record of it, I sent the screenshot as requested by Alex. Unfortunately I am not in a position right now to renew my support for the plugin and the total plugin package I purchased this time last year. If support is no longer available I guess I will look for another business directory plugin.
Thank you.
