make it so event location is not required.

I have been learning to use GD on one site and just got everything the way I want it almost – and started setting it up on another site that is more important and the settings are somehow different.

In Events> Settings > the Custom settings tab > the location block…

somehow the location is required when people are filling out the form but I don’t see anyway to change it. In my first test site, it is somehow turned off so it is not required but people can still fill it in. I want to make it not required because it is still buggy and doesnt pull up peoples address right no matter if I use Google maps or the other maps.

I must be missing some setting.
