Is there a great plugin you use to manage the huge number of images being uploaded, perhaps to create a new folder for site icons and system media separate from default for Place listings? We are still beta and already media management is difficult to sort through listing Place photos mixed in with site icons and graphics that are used as part of the site. Not sure i’ll ever be able to remember what month/year icons were added when need to find/change them in the future.

Asking your recommended because we don’t want to use a plugin that will break GD or user experience uploading while listing/edit listing. Thanks,

    HI,

the media manager if used correctly is a great tool.

You just need to look at the URL of any image to see in which folder it is located.

    Example: http://wpgeo.directory/

If I want to know where the Hostel icon is, I just right-click on it in the popular categories list, than click on “Copy Image URL”: http://wpgeo.directory/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Hotels.png

The icon is in folder 2014 for the month of june.

    Thanks
